SECTION I

Soul Enlightenment Intuitive, L.L.C. & Goddess Aja reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, with or without reason.

By law, we must state that we make no claims and sell spiritual products as Curios only. Our products are NOT intended for internal consumption, including herbs. By purchasing these products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. These products are not intended to replace medical treatment or to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are allowed. By purchasing these products you agree to these terms.

End of Year Virtual Purification Cleanses are available for a limited time at a 50% discount during the months of November and December. End of Year Virtual Purification Cleanses does not include:- Candles- Herbal baths- Online Access. What your cleanse does include: 20 minutes of Distant Reiki and a report before and after your cleanse via email.

For Regular Purification Rite Rituals purchased as gifts for others, the following rules apply:
- You may only witness the cleanse.
- Your camera must be ON, and your sound must be OFF.

-Interference with the cleanse is prohibited and will only cancel out the effects.
- Distant reiki is sent solely to the individual receiving the cleanse.
- No sound bath is included, as the recipient is not present.
- Goddess Aja has the discretion to accept or deny another person's presence during the virtual cleanse. It’s essential to respect the energy of the cleanse, as outside influences may affect the outcome.

- By purchasing and being present for a virtual shamanic cleanse on behalf of someone else, you acknowledge consent to these terms.

Requests for any Virtual Purification must be approved by Goddess Aja via request. Cleanses that are purchased for yourself cannot be transferred to another person except through a gift card or with explicit permission and authorization. To ensure a successful cleanse, a date of birth must be provided, and a report will be sent to your email afterwards.

Higher Power Clause

All spiritual work is offered with respect to divine law, ancestral alignment, and higher spiritual forces. Results are not guaranteed, as energetic outcomes depend on individual alignment, timing, and the will of higher powers.

No client may alter, replicate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to duplicate any ritual, wording, method, or spiritual technique provided.

SECTION II

TERMS & CONDITIONS – CYBER MONDAY MINI SERVICES

1. Delivery Method

All Cyber Monday mini-services — including Mini Email Divination, Mini Aura Scan, Mini Crown + Flame Purification, and Mini Veil Breaker Sweep — are delivered by email only.

No video sessions, no live calls, and no alternate delivery formats will be provided.

2. Limit Per Person

Each client may purchase up to two (2) paid mini-services.
Each paid mini-service includes one (1) additional free service as part of the Buy One, Get One promotion.

3. Mini Email Divination – One Question Only

The Mini Email Divination includes a 3-card reading for one (1) focused question only.
Additional questions, clarifications, or follow-up readings must be purchased separately.

4. Intended Use & Scope

These mini-services are designed for light energetic stagnation, emotional clutter, brief clarity, or mild interference only.

They are not substitutes for full ritual work, deep spiritual interference removal, or advanced spiritual containment.

5. Satisfaction & Boundaries

Due to the nature of spiritual and energetic work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing, the client acknowledges that all insights are based on intuitive and spiritual interpretation, and that energetic experiences may vary. For entertainments services only.

6. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Claims

All services are offered for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. Nothing provided should be considered medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

7. Higher Power Clause

No client may alter, replicate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to duplicate any ritual, wording, method, or spiritual technique provided.

8. Timing

Services will be completed within the delivery window communicated at the time of purchase.
Clients must submit their question (if applicable) and required details promptly.

9. Gifting

The free service obtained through the BOGO promotion may be gifted to another person.
However, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate information for the recipient.

10. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any Cyber Monday mini-service, the client agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.

SECTION III

TERMS & CONDITIONS (SACRED CHORDS OF RAZIEL) + SERVICE DISCLAIMER

(For ALL Services under Sacred Chords of Raziel)

By booking or receiving any spiritual, energetic, or ritual service offered by Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC (“the Practitioner”), the client (“You”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Medical, Non-Psychological Services

All services provided — including but not limited to energetic cleanses, purification rituals, Seat of Sovereignty sessions, cord-cutting, intuitive readings, or spiritual alignment work — are spiritual in nature and are not substitutes for medical care, mental health treatment, psychological counseling, or licensed therapy.

The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or psychological condition.

2. No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes

All spiritual and energetic services operate according to your own willingness, alignment, and spiritual path. Results vary from person to person.

The Practitioner does not guarantee:

financial outcomes
relationship changes
spiritual visions
specific emotional states
physical sensations
timing of manifestations
or any particular result

You understand these services support energetic alignment, not guaranteed life outcomes.

3. Responsibility for Personal Well-Being

You agree that:

you are solely responsible for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being
you will use your own discernment regarding how you apply any spiritual insight or guidance
you will seek professional help (medical, psychological, financial, or legal) when needed

The Practitioner is not liable for decisions, interpretations, or actions you take based on any service received.

4. No Claims, Liability, or Damages

By receiving services, you release Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC and the Practitioner from:

all claims
liability
damages
losses
injuries
or adverse reactions (physical, emotional, or spiritual)

arising from or connected to any service provided.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in spiritual work and assume full responsibility for your experience.

5. No Refunds on Spiritual Work

Due to the nature of the services, all purchases are final.
Energetic work cannot be reversed, undone, retrieved, or returned once initiated.

6. Confidentiality

Your personal information, photos, and session details are kept private and confidential.

You agree not to publicly share the Practitioner’s proprietary methods, chants, rituals, or written materials without permission.

7. Consent

By booking, paying for, or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all terms listed above.

You voluntarily enter into this spiritual service agreement and accept full responsibility for your experience.

Section IV

Legal Release of Liability & Terms and Conditions

(Applies to all Lineage Rites, Spiritual Rituals, Cleanses, Energy Work & Divination Services)

1. Purpose of Services

All services offered by Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC, including but not limited to the Divine Lineage Rite™, Ancestral Realignment Rite™ (Level 2), Bloodline Cleansing Reconstruction Rite™, Karithim Cord Severance Rituals, energetic cleanses, spiritual consultations, pre-divinations, and remote energetic work, are intended for personal insight, empowerment, and spiritual support only.

These services do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree that all spiritual services are for entertainment purposes only as required by U.S. law.

2. No Guarantees & Individual Results May Vary

Spiritual, energetic, and lineage-based ritual work varies greatly from client to client.
Therefore, no specific outcome is guaranteed, including but not limited to:

relationship results
financial or career outcomes
ancestral shifts
emotional or mental improvements
energetic changes
timing-related effects

Any examples, testimonials, or statements of results are not guarantees of future performance.

You acknowledge that spiritual and energy-based practices create gradual, subtle, and individualized shifts and may take time to unfold.

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging with these services, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are voluntarily participating in intuitive or spiritual-based work.
You are mentally and emotionally capable of making your own decisions.
You take full responsibility for your personal well-being during and after the service.

You agree that you will not use these services as a substitute for:

medical treatment
emergency care
mental health services
legal or financial advice

If you have a condition requiring medical or psychiatric care, it is your responsibility to consult the appropriate licensed professional.

4. Non-Interference Clause

Clients agree not to interfere with, alter, attempt to modify, or repeat any ritual or energetic process performed by Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC outside of the instructions given.

This includes:

attempting to “redo” the ritual
copying parts of the ritual
performing outside rituals intended to reactivate, change, or reverse the work
mixing incompatible spiritual systems with the ritual without guidance

Any client actions taken outside of the provided instructions are solely the client’s responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic nature of the work and the time invested in preparation, consultation, divination, and ritual performance:

All services are final sale and non-refundable.

If you cannot attend a scheduled session:

You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice.
Missed or late sessions may not be rescheduled at the practitioner's discretion.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC maintains strict confidentiality.
Client names, personal stories, session details, and spiritual content are never shared unless required by law.

You agree not to publicly disclose:

ritual methods
proprietary processes
written or spoken instructions
ritual recordings or documents
activation statements or chants

These materials remain the intellectual property of Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

By booking, the client agrees that Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC, its owner, contractors, or affiliates are not liable for:

emotional reactions
physical sensations
spiritual experiences
perceived energetic outcomes
delays in results
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You release the practitioner from all liability related to your participation in spiritual or energetic services.

You knowingly assume all risks associated with these practices.

8. Consent to Energetic Work

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree:

You consent to intuitive, ritualistic, and energetic practices.
You understand the practitioner works remotely and energetically.
You understand subtle or intense shifts may occur.
You understand results may unfold over weeks or months.

Your purchase serves as your digital signature and agreement to these terms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All rituals, methods, chants, templates, graphics, and instructional materials provided by Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC are protected intellectual property.

Clients may not:

reproduce
distribute
sell
repurpose
teach
publicly share

any of these materials without written permission.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, booking, scheduling, or participating in services with Soul Enlightenment Intuitive LLC, you confirm that:
